Applied online, a week after recruiter contacted me over e-mail and scheduled a phone interview. It was just basic questions, she was not emotional at all, it was ok. A week after had another (technical) phone interview which was easy. A week after went on-sight for another interview, which was basic behavior questions, questions about previous experience, talked about technology, it was easy, no puzzles or brainteasers, no white board coding. People were nice. Never heard from them again, kinda disappointed, their IT people seem nice, but HR is totally messed up, could've at least sent an email.
