1) They contacted me, unsolicited (4 times; by two different people on phone and by email) and asked if I was interested in the role. 2) Phone screen with internal recruiter 3) Telephone interview 4) Face to face interview in Oxford with a small technical exercise. All the questions in face-to-face were a repeat of what was on the phone, by the same interviewer. No explanation of what was required was given for technical exercise. 5) Radio silence - no emails, no phone calls, no voicemails. I waited a week.... 6) When I followed up a week later I got a lame excuse that they'd tried to call and failed (odd that no one else had a problem calling me), and was told I didn't have the experience they wanted. Well they must have known that after telephone interview because the questions were the same, so why did they waste a day of my time, plus 180 miles of fuel and driving?
