I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Feb 2025
Interview
I had one round of interview that lasted an hour; the interviewers were nice and easygoing. Heard back within 4-5 days of the interview with an offer letter. Basic behavioral questions were asked with maybe one or two technical questions. If you know your resume pretty well then you shouldn't have a problem.

Interview
The interview was 1 hour long - 30 minute segments with 2 different people. Asked both behavioral questions and technical questions regarding laboratory experience. Opened the floor to questions from the interviewer as well.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a disagreement with someone and how you resolved it.
I did not have a chance to go through the interview. The reason was I was an international student, and they did not want to deal with sponsorship issues. I couldn't explain that I don't need sponsorship for at least a couple of years, so the interview just ended with that question.

Interview
not too bad, 2 rounds, got offer like 2 days after my second round. Questions were mostly behavioral and the main technical question was on the recruiter call I’d say.
