I interviewed as a candidate for vacancy in one of their support functions. First impressions were great - hiring team were polite and professional but that's about it. What ensued was a chaotic, laborious and disorganized experience. Took them three months from my interview to give me feedback. During this time, when I chased feedback, the trail would go cold altogether. Key takeaway was that their shop window looks great but behind all that is a shallow, narrow minded, regressive and highly regimented organizations.
