quick fast process, because they had urgency to cover the vacant position
in other cases I've seen really long processes, especially for the hiring approvation phase.

Interview
I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager then further interviews with other members of the team. Questions on current experience and current processes for things. Overall good experience
Very thorough process. 3 part interview, including the hiring manager. They asked great questions, as did I, and communication was good. It took about 2 weeks from interview to offer letter.
