Firstly, I took an ability test. After the completion of the test, I wrote a thirty minutes essay in English. Then, I had the interview with two interviewers, that was based on my working experience, my academic background and the presentation of the role and the company. I didn't get an offer, but I have to mention that the interviwers were very polite and proffesionals.
