The interview was very personal and respectful. It was a one-on-one meeting in a comfortable setting with the director of the department for which I applied. It was scheduled for a half-hour but took an hour because of the conversation. Interviewer asked mostly get-to-know-you questions and then it was a back and forth about the job. Overall a good interview setting.
