What my background was and how it would fit into this role
Very casual, my interviewer kept things focused on my ability to work with children, public speaking, and working on a team. If you have any experience with working with kids, be sure to have some stories of how you have dealt with incidents relating to behavior.
The Head and HR were friendly, and the interview process was smooth and comfortable. Based on the discussion, the role appears to be very hands-on, offering good exposure and learning opportunities.
