Interview
The hiring process was very straightforward. I sent in my resume by email online after seeing an opening on their site. I was contacted about a week later with details concerning the interview date and what I needed to bring. At the interview, I was tested on my swimming, my rescue techniques, cpr, and also my general knowledge and what to do in hypothetical situations. You will need to take a urinalysis drug test and sign for a backround check. About 3 hours long.

"What would you do if you were opening up the pool but the other lifeguard was not here yet?"
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
