I first received a phone call to schedule an interview, then had two virtual interviews with people on the team I would potentially be working with. There were at least two people at each interview (if i recall correctly). The communication about the interview was a bit disorganized, and I was unimpressed with the pay as a similar organization offered me $12k more, yet they weren’t willing to consider giving me more than the lowest amount they could offer. I completed the LONG references request and they didn’t bother following up so I went with the other offer.
