30 minute phone interview with Executive Dorector followed by a 2 hour in person interview with Executive Director and Current Director of Child Care Services. Full center tour.

Three phases, met initially with the CEO, then with more Y leadership, then with some members of the child care team itself. As the interviews went on, they gradually got more specific to the actual roles themselves.
