Interview
The is a first phone call to set up a phone interview. Then after the phone interview there is an interview with all of the youth and family directors in the area.

If you could be anyone dead or alive who would it be and why?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
