My fourth and most recent summer working for them, I applied online and never heard back until I called my boss from the previous year to ask what happened. I then had to submit application paperwork about 2.5 times before I was officially hired.

Question 1
There was no interview any year I worked there. It was odd.
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
