I applied online. Then, I received an email to set up a time for my interview. I showed up to the interview and it was short and informal. I was then asked to come back for paperwork and to start working. I started the next week, with minimal training.

It's hard to recall, but maybe how I handled a difficult situation with a child.
Based on resume submitted. The more you qualify the better chances of the job position. I qualified enough most wasn’t asked during interviews as it was already answered in my resume.

It was a very energetic interview and a lot of personal questions but the person giving the interview was nice. She told me after the interview that their hiring process was very slow and to be on the look out for an email.
