Submitted my resume online under the employment section of the website and heard back the next day. Interviewed with two site directors and answered questions about my experiences in childcare. Many questions were behavioral and asked how I would respond to certain situations. Overall, very laid back and pain free. I was informed the job was mine at the end of the interview.
