I replied with an email to an add on craigslist. They contacted me within a few days for an interview. I came in and spoke to the Athletic Coordinator and the Gymnastics Coordinator, and they offered me a job. I came in once to observe practice before i started coaching.

I submitted an online application and got an email to set up an interview. It was in person and pretty casual. My interviewer was very friendly and the questions were nothing unexpected, just basic interview questions, but a few were challenging. It took a long time to hear back, and I ended up not getting the job because they went with someone with more experience. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks.

Interview
My YMCA interview for the position of a gymnastics coach was low stress and in a friendly environment. I was asked brief situational, hypothetical, and personal questions. By the end of the interview I could tell they were definitely going to hire me.
