Horrible interview process. Took over a month after initial application to schedule initial interview. Had a total of 4 interviews prior to hiring, made it to the 3rd round and then never heard back. No follow up after third interview. Crazy to be ghosted as an applicant after several interviews.

The interview process consisted of a series of questions regarding my qualifications, qualities, like many other interviews I had. The atmosphere at the work place is very friendly. If you are a student at Texas tech and are wanting to get an internship I would recommend this advertising firm.

Pretty simple interview process. Submit the application through email... got a call... went in for the interview! Met Natalia at the office and we went into the interview process. She made it clear there were other candidates but I felt like the interview went well. She is very nice and easy to talk to! It was a super easy interview.
