Interview
First I had to take the PI's Behavioral Assessment and Cognitive Assessment. From there I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone screen with the hiring manager, then I came in for a 4 hour interview, where I met with various members of the team. Everyone was super nice and incredibly helpful.

Question 1
One part of the interview was checking to see how I fit with the culture. They have an acronym that stands for the various aspects of the culture everyone tries to uphold and they asked me questions as to how well I fit with them.
