I applied for the position in late October. I was invited to an initial screening interview in early December. The initial screening was with a peer in the department and was very friendly and casual. The following two interviews were panels with department managers. They asked me questions but also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask my own. Everyone was friendly. I definitely took the time and opportunity during my interviews to get a sense of management style, work styles, communication styles. Everyone was very open to sharing how they work. All interviews took place via Zoom.
