The Nature Conservancy interview questions

There were 3 interview rounds which lasted 6 weeks in total. First round was with the director, second round with the potential supervisor, and the final round with 2 potential team members as well as the director again. The first two interviews were okay, but the final interview was not the best, as it was quite hurried esp. toward the end,

Spoke to the recruiter only and she didn't offer me a chance to speak to why I was interested in TNC given my experience and it seemed she was aiming for efficiency.
