      Application

I interviewed at The Nature Conservancy

      Interview

Very professional roundtable interview with 4 staff of different levels, two of which would be my direct reports. Only 1 round of interviews which was nice. Good questions about me and my background. Interview was onsite at their office in PA. Didn't get a lot of detail about the job however.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at The Nature Conservancy

      Interview

The selection process was just unprofessional, to state the least. They gave one day's time for response to the initial questionnaire, which needed some analysis of their properties. However, I could respond well, which was confirmed during the telephonic interview followed. That went well too and the interviewer said they will set up a call with their boss next as the final process, and that was the end of what I head from them. They started dragging. I followed up few times with the interviewer but was not responded to properly and was left hanging for many months. Finally, after five months, I got an automated mail stating that the job has gone to someone else. They should either give candidates a proper hearing or tell them right away if it is unsuccessful. Do not recommend.
