Remote interview with role play exercise. Role play set out a number of issues to advise upon in the alternative - difficult to approach this in a ‘role play’ rather than as an exam question and answer format. Felt a bit superficial especially over teams.

The interview process was two-fold: it included an assessment, and an in person interview. The assessment measures English language and maths ability. The interview is competency based, and is evaluated on a point system.
