Long winded, competency based, not very interactive and you have to drive and be confident doing it. Prepare some talking points annd riff dont read a script ans it’ll be too long. Offered role and then rowed back due to “clarifying workforce numbers”.

What are the legal frameworks governing data sharing

Interview
Civil service process. First the application requires a competency based written application detailing 500 words per answer. Scores are received on a scale of 1-7. Then interview testing the same competencies. The questions were quite narrow against the competencies and you could use answers you gave in written application.

Interview
One 60-90 minute virtual interview with two senior officers. Made up of 5-6 competency based questions which prompt long answers following the STAR technique. Interviewers were pleasant and there were no trick questions, there were follow up questions if I hadn't fully hit all the criteria they were looking for.
