Interview
They had not idea how to run an interview and basically hired you and then fired those they did not like within a week. Basically you walked in they had some lame questions and then offered you the job... why even ask them then?

Interview
I was contacted by Employment Agency about this opening. The Employment Agency personnel did a Skype interview with me as the first screening interview. Then I got the in person with ATG at their office. I was interviewed by the Manager of the team that hired.The one on one interview lasted for about 45 minutes.
