The interview process was pretty straightforward and and enjoyable. Round one is a call with HR, round 2 was an interview with a co-founder, and the 3rd and final round was an interview with the VP of Sales, which also included a phone exercise. The entire process took about 3 weeks, from initial contact to accepting an offer. HR was very nice, and helpful in providing information about the company, role and the process, and acting as point for the process throughout all of the rounds. The co-founder and VP I met with were also very nice and it was very comfortable speaking with with. They were also very helpful in providing information about the company and position, as well as just chatting with a bit also. Everyone in the office when I had in-person meetings seemed very relaxed, happy and comfortable which I believe speaks very well about the company's culture and how their employees are treated. Overall, the process was pretty direct and logical, and moved at a decent pace.
