I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Chicago, IL)
Interview
It was interesting interview . At the end of the session I asked questions to learn more about the team , One of the interviewer could barely answer questions about the teams accomplishment . He seemed uncertain no metrics or indepth. information. The interviewers didn't seem unprepared it felt like a waste of my time. No feedback from the outcome. No offer or rejection email was sent.

Home Depot's interview process begins with an online application, followed by a phone or in-person interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving. Candidates may be asked scenario-based questions to assess their ability to handle workplace challenges, assist customers, and resolve conflicts. If selected, they must pass a pre-employment drug test before receiving a job offer. New hires then attend mandatory orientation and training sessions to learn company policies and job expectations. Home Depot values strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset throughout the hiring process
I interviewed at The Home Depot (Los Angeles Subdivision)
Interview
The interview was standard and covered most things a standard interview does including employment history, education, management experience, and aptitude. They were friendly and personable and gave a good sense of what it was like to work at the store.
