I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Grand Del Mar (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Interviewer was late to both interviews. Due to the nature of the position and the interviewer's personal mismanagement of schedule, I was expected to interview while massaging interviewer. Offered a position...then redacted the offer once I moved 2 hours for job and insisted I was never offered a position. Reported interviewer to superior, who attempted to tell me my experience was false and invalid.

Question 1
So tell me about yourself? (lazy, pathetic, unimaginative interviewee)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Grand Del Mar (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The hiring process consisted of three separate interviews: department manager, department director, and hotel operations manager. For this reason, expect to be there for at least three hours. After all that the department manager will give you a “homework” assignment where you must imagine she is a prospective guest and you must sell her on the resort over email.
I spoke with housekeeping manager and then with HR and GM. They were nice and gave me simple questions. I do not why but they never contacted me back. I guess I didnt pass the drug test. But my friend is working there and told me it is really hard.
