They Called me once I applied, Took Telephone Round, Then was invited to office and went through online test, IQ test, HR round and Finally Operations Round. The Final Round was the one in which salary was decided and I received the LOI ion my Email next day.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Geekz (Mohali, Punjab) in Nov 2014
Interview
Appeared in HR & Operations round as had around 9 years of experience. The HR round was really good as I never felt it as an interview, rather it was more of a discussion before joining The Geekz. The operations round was equally interesting as I got to know more about the organization even before joining it.
