The recruitment process included 4 stages and took roughly 2 months. Interviews were fairly casual and the research task was very enjoyable. 1. Application 2. Initial Interview 3. Research Task 4. Panel Interview

I went through two rounds of interviews, both with very straightforward culture-based questions. However, I did not receive any next steps from the firm after the second round. When I followed up, I was told they were still interviewing other candidates and I would hear back soon. But a few weeks later the position was opened up again and posted again.
