Interview
First interview is a Group Interview. They show you a video about The Container Store and then ask a series of questions such as, what is your favorite product and why? They also ask you questions regarding the video and you basically regurgitate information. The key is to show initiative and be positive.
Second interview was very short. Basically asked me what my schedule was, and lasted 5 minutes. I got the job offer right away. After you pass background check and drug test you enter Foundation Training which last 3 weeks. You get trained to work in all the areas of the store, which was a great learning experience.

The interview is conducted in multiple parts over multiple days; some interviews were in groups (including some activities and game-like interview tactics) and some interviews were individual interviews. I believe you have to be invited to a second interview only if you are selected from the group interview.

Interview
First I got a call to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the store supervisors. When it was time for the interview I met at stores supervisor we sat down a introduce our self, they explain the job position and asked the interview questions . After the interview questions they told they would get back to me in a week to see if I had pass to the other hiring process .

Interview
It was about 15 minutes long. We sat and spoke about my previous positions. He told me what they were looking for, and then he offered me the sales role.
