This was the most rigorous interview process I've encountered for a part-time. There were several 'phone interviews' before I even made it to a personal interview and even then there were different papers to fill out or acknowledge before I made it onto any kind of training schedule. They are very thorough.

This was a stress free interview because they allowed me to just be myself and describe my world and how this job would fit in my whole situation.
The first part is sort of a get to know you conversation-which gave me a preview of the staff I’d be working with when came in person.
