The Campaign Against Hunger interview questions

I met with 3 people for the first interview, including the founder. Their personalities were very firm and unwelcoming. I felt I was being interrogated rather than interviewed. They proceeded to criticize my lack of experience in something that was never mentioned on the job posting. If I was not qualified for the job, then they shouldn't have wasted my time inviting me for an interview. Read peoples resumes/cover letters and be clear about your needs in job postings.
