very friendly, nice, welcoming. I had 2 interviews, the process was really efficient and quick. also very professional. I learned a lot in the process, they were well organized, I was sent preparation material which was really useful for me.

Interview
1) COO - CV review, getting to know each other, how company/industry works, cultural fit and personal fit, future expectations... 2) Role play with another manager - I had to prepare beforehand the case. During interview explain the case to the manager, and then try to sell it to her, fight her drawbacks, show our value etc 3) Interview with direct regional manager - Get to know each other and short term plans, as I was going to work directly for her.

was good, followed a process and levels, discussed various countries with similar positions, it was on b time and quick, did not take long. i submitted cv online and later was contcted by hr and then later had 2nd interview with director
