The first HR interview ended with feedback that I didn’t “sell myself enough” and needed to add more value. Despite this, I was told I could move to the second stage, but I never received follow-up from the first HR. I had to send three emails before getting any response. For the second interview, a different HR scheduled a role play. The day before, they attempted to change the time last minute, which I refused. The interview started at the scheduled time, but it was confusing during the role play, I was criticized for not doing “small talk,” even though I had explained that the country I had chosen typically goes straight to business and I was presenting relevant facts. Overall, the process was poorly coordinated, communication was extremely weak, and it was unclear what the company really expected from candidates. I would not recommend applying if you want a clear and respectful interview experience.
