Initial contact was great, I was moved through the interview stages very quickly which made me feel like a valued candidate. Unfortunately, after my final interview I was ghosted with no feedback even after 3 weeks and multiple follow up emails. This completely ruined the candidate experience for me and is completely unacceptable of a global company like TBS. If this is how they treat their candidates then I dread to think how they treat their staff. I’d highly recommend staying away from this company and interviewing with organisations that value feedback and transparency.
