The Bertelsmann Foundation interview questions

The foundation does not do their own hiring and outsource it to a random woman. She wasn't familiar with Think Tanks or Public Policy at all. She wasn't able to evaluate my skills, as a result, and talking to her was as stimulating as a talking to a brick wall. This experience completely altered my view of the Bertelsmann Foundation as it was so different than the process of the organization where I'm currently working. Unimpressive and a little embarrassing to be frank,
