Strength based and competency interview, with one persona and a scribe giving brief answers on strength questions and more detail on competency. friendly staff interviewing, nice building, welcoming people and a great atmosphere. felt very settled

I know the call handling system has updated but used to be a process where they gave you a sheet beforehand and you had to rate yourself confident to loss confident, would recommend putting confidence in every area.
It will depend on who you have marking you as every person is different.. I conducted interviews myself and how you look and present yourself is a big factor as well as your communication.

Your interviewed in groups so when you get threw the interview there are chances you will be training with the same people
