I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Aug 2015
Interview
The process was divided into 2 days.
Day 1:- Online written test. This test consists aptitude(moderate level) and Technical(Analog+Digital).
Day 2:- Results were announced. Based on your performance, they will decide whether you are good in analog or digital. I was chosen for digital. First interview was technical. They checked only basics, but in depth. They also checked puzzle solving capability in the interview. Go through all the basics from Digital Circuits. Second interview was HR. General HR questions were asked. Overall Easy interview, so it is more important to clear the online test first.

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Thiruvananthapuram)
Interview
They started with asking questions about my projects in the resume. And they went deep into it.
Next they asked what is your favourite subject for which I answered digital electronics. They asked about fsm, flip flops, timing etc.
Had 2 rounds of technical interviews and 1 round of behavioral interview. As long as you know your basics of digital logic, such as counters, muxes, STA, etc it's not that hard.
