I had one interview that was web based. I was on a webcam and the questions appeared on the side of the screen. I could not see the interviewer during this process.

Despite the short notice interview, the interview itself was conducted on-time and structured. They're accommodating before and after the interview. I was also carefully informed that I was rejected through text and email.
