I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Sept 2025
Interview
The first interview was a group interview, where you had to play a small game together, which mainly tested your cooperation ability. The second interview was a resume interview, where the questions were based on your past experience. It was very intense, and the interviewer would keep asking you until you ran out of words.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Mar 2013
Interview
Recruiters came to our campus and seemed really desperate and pushy for the technical sales position. They interviewed about 8 of us in San Diego and we all thought they were going to accept 4-5 of us. (this is after passing the video interview). The questions in general were all behavioral and easy.
At the end of the interview you go through a mock sales pitch. For us we had to sell a vacation package to the hiring managers.
After being pushy to get people to like the position at the career fair they only accepted 1 person from the whole group.
Interview questions [1]

Firstly an online test was conducted based on which they shortlisted 10-15 students then a GD round was done out of which 8 students were shortlisted and then personal interviews which was majorly based on resume and basic electronic questions

Interview
