I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Tucson, AZ) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was about an hour long and they asked me two technical questions and I had about 45 minutes to answer both. The first technical question was about an FSM for a coffee machine and the second was about how to distribute RAM memory. Then in the last 15 minutes they asked me behavioral questions which were pretty simple and obvious to answer such as "if one of your teammates seems shy or apprehensive what can you do to support this person"
Other Digital IC Design Engineer Intern interview reviews for Texas Instruments
This was a campus interview. First half was mostly behavioural. Second half consisted of simple digital circuit logic questions and resume related questions. One HDL coding question was included. I was able to answer most technical questions with ease.

Simple technical interview, basic digital logic and sorting algorithm. It's more so to get a gauge for your ability to communicate your thought process. I also had to talk about a project that I did, anything related to engineering.
