Texas Instruments CLUELESS interview questions

So i got a call from Hr and said one of the leadership from US will talk to you and within 5 hours there is another call set up. 20 days later called in office for f2f. 11 people take interview in 4 rounds the same day. 17 days later HR calls and says you have cleared all rounds and there will be last discussion the next day with same leadership guy who spoke at very beginning. After this HR ghosted me and never replied to my calls and emails for 1 month. A month later HR calls and says my work experience is less compared to what they are looking for?. I was disappointed but the question to these people all my details are present in my resume and after talking to 12 people and wasting almost 2 and half months these people say my work exp is less.
