The whole interview process includes: HR phone interview, evaluation center, two face to face interviews and recommendation. There is a long waiting time from last interview to final acceptance notice. Evaluation center takes an whole day, exams includes basic psychometric tests in math,English and personality questions

Dopo contatto da agenzia interinale ho effettuato colloquio prima con responsabile tecnico di sito e poi con responsabile HR di sito sempre in modalità da remoto. La selezione non è poi proseguita con lo step finale.

Phone interview, zoom interview, face to face interview. Good questions, interview was very nice and after I got home assignment that was bot too long and reflecting the position requirements
3 interviews, with 4 people in total. First interview was with Agency, second interview with collegae via Skype and last interview with Hiring Manager and direct collegae. Great and positive process. I did get the job!
