It was welcomed warmly by the manager and recruiter. I was introduced about company and department in detail so I didnt have any question left about organizational structure. In the end of the first interview, my availibility was asked.
Applied online and managed to get a phone interview. The phone interview covered the usual interview questions.
I was called back the next week to go down for a face to face interview. I would have appreciated it if they informed me earlier instead of just one day before the scheduled interview time.
Anyway, I had two interviewers and both were very pleasant throughout. The questions asked were mainly about my experiences and to find out more about me and my working style. It was more like a coversation rather than an interview.
I thought it went pretty well and the interviewer even talked about the offer, asked about my availability and told me that they would get back to me the following week. The interviewer also replied to my thank you email saying that they would contact me within 1 week after the interview with the next step.
It has been two weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard from them. I sent a follow up just to check in but have not received a reply. Guess I didn't get the internship. Still, it was a good learning experience. A follow up or a rejection email would have been nice though.
