I applied online. I was skeptical since I had seen mixed reviews about bad management, but I didn't want to believe it.
I was contacted and told I had the right qualifications for the ESL teaching position. I was contacted by the company and asked to pick three interview times and told the interview would be over Zoom. The got back to me after the weekend and we were all set for a week later. I was in the process of preparing for the interview and had no contact with this company in the meantime. Then, the company contacted me two days later telling me they'd decided not to hire me.
In my opinion, their actions were unprofessional. If they didn't want a candidate like me, whatever it was they found objectionable (obviously they found something they disliked...god know what...) why did they accept me for the interview to begin with?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TestBest (Chico, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Went into the office to have the interview. The first part was just the social one and getting to know the company. The second part was the technical one with 3 developers.

Given an input print out Fizz if divisible by 3, Buzz if divisible by 5, FizzBuzz if divisible by both and the number if by neither.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TestBest (Chico, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was onsite with two different individuals. The interviews were very organized with scripted questions but didn't overly depend on their question set. The HR director and project manager were very professional in the way they conducted the interview.
