I applied online for the position. There are three steps in the application process: phone interview, online technical exam, and final interview (face-to-face). Phone interview was basic HR type- talking about yourself, your resume, what you know about the company, etc. Online exam was hard (Arithmetic, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation) but can be studied for via indiabix.com. Final Interview was also somehow HR level, with a little technical questions like what programming languages are you familiar/have experience with, relation of your course to the job, etc.
