Got a response after applying for a first stage interview, and the zoom call went okay and was told that in the interview that I would move on to the second stage and would receive an email with details. Well haven't been contacted since and to be honest not too upset with not moving forward, rather just with how it was handled. Like if I were to be emailed after saying that they changed their mind and decided to not move forward would have been fine, but to just straight up ghost with no further communication just a bit of a put off. A bit unprofessional in my opinion.

Process took 2 weeks overall. HR was seamless and couldn't fault them with helping me throughout the process (provided feedback at each stage). Stages included, chat with HR, interview with CEO, Task with CEO then final stage chatting to various employees at Tempo. Final stage seemed a bit messy however. I presumed all the chats would be formal chats with each employee(s), however I was told mid way with particular members of the team that there part was informal. This was a tad confusing to me when they started asking very formal questions. My advice would be if your going to ask formal questions throughout the final stage, maybe don't mention a part of it to be informal (This led me to take a different approach which hindered some of my responses).
