Firstly, thank you for taking the time to share your balanced and constructive feedback. I'm glad to hear there were positives to the process and I will pass on your feedback to the Recruiter, Ash.
The final is informal in that we want to make people at ease when they meet peers and relaxed to learn about us and our culture - but it is still part of the hiring process, before an offer decision, and we value the team's feedback on how potential hires will contribute and enjoy life here. We'll up our efforts to ensure this is clear moving forwards, last thing we'd want is for someone to be surprised by part of our process.
