Technical Round- Moderate, depends on skills you mention on a resume (Candidates will be filtered heavily in this round. )
HR Round- Moderate, mainly concentrates on communication.

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
