Slow and time taking process. They start with an MCQ test , Then HR round and after that they take a phone call interview , next your core abilities , then finally interview with your reporting manager
Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
