Hiring process was organized in a very comfortable and professional way. It consists of three levels. First interview with Peoples Director, second with the IT Team Specialist and at last with the General Manager. At all levels I was guided by Peoples Director. Who was very communicative and assistive. It was one of the best interview experiences during my career.

The interview process went very smooth and the HR team coordinated the whole process well. I received constant support from the HR team through all stages of recruitment. The interview questions were clearly stated and relevant to the job position. Furthermore, they were good at identifying the person-culture fit, emphasizing the importance of team-oriented work within the company.
